Dark Chocolate Covered Almonds

Our world famous dark chocolate covered almonds go through a four step process.  First they are roasted and salted to perfection.  Then they are caramelized to add a sweet shell that seals in the freshness.  Next, they are tumbled for hours in a robust dark chocolate giving it a bold chocolate exterior.  Finally a light dusting of silver lustre adds a decorative finish.
