What are the order cut-off times for Same-Day Delivery in the GTA?

Orders placed by 10:00 AM ET for addresses within the GTA will be delivered on the same business day. For example, an order submitted on Monday by 9:00 AM will be delivered that same Monday. Deliveries within the GTA are made Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM ET.

Do you offer shipping outside of North America (Canada and the USA)?

Currently, we offer local deliveries within a 170 km radius. While orders can be placed from anywhere in the world, the delivery destination must be within this service area.

Which shipping carriers do you use to ship?

Currently, we provide local deliveries within a 170 km radius using our own dedicated delivery fleet. While orders can be placed from anywhere in the world, the delivery destination must fall within this service area.

What happens if I don’t know the unit number for the delivery?

For deliveries within the GTA, you can provide the recipient’s phone number, and our local courier will gladly contact them upon arrival to obtain the unit number. This ensures the gift isn't left unattended if no concierge is available. If the building has a concierge, they typically notify the recipient and securely hold the gift at the front desk.

What if no-one is home for a delivery?

For Local Deliveries– If the driver cannot reach the recipient using the phone number provided, the package may be left at a safe area at the address without obtaining a signature. Drivers reserve the right to use their discretion to determine if/when orders can be left at an address unattended. If the package cannot be left at the address, the order will be returned and re-delivery will be required, subject to a re-shipping fee at the purchaser's expense; the cost of the re-shipping fee will vary depending on the destination and contents of the order. 

What information is included with the delivery?

When an order is delivered to the recipient, the only paperwork that is attached to the package would be the name and contact information of the sender (which are provided when a customer places an order online), a greeting card with message and our company's contact information. These documents are included to make sure the recipient knows who and where the package is from, and how to get in touch with them/us should they have any questions. 

Under no circumstances do we send details regarding the product's pricing or invoices to recipients.  However, some packages, such as monthly/yearly subscriptions, include additional pamphlets that contain detailed information regarding the contents of certain packages for the recipient's enjoyment.

If you would rather your identity remain anonymous after placing an order, please contact us directly to find out if we are able to accommodate your request.  However, recipients do reserve the right to know the identity of whomever sends them a package, and often call us. If they call us, the sender’s information may be divulged to them.

How much does delivery cost?

Orders under $150 are subject to standard shipping fees, starting at approximately $20 per delivery location, depending on the destination. All shipping fees are clearly disclosed at checkout before payment. We offer free shipping on orders over $150 within a 75 km radius. For deliveries beyond 75 km, a $25 delivery fee will apply.

What time will my order be delivered?

Unless otherwise specified by the selected shipping method, our standard delivery times are:

  • Residential addresses: Deliveries may arrive anytime before 8:00 PM.
  • Business addresses: Deliveries may arrive anytime before 5:00 PM.

During peak seasons—such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or Mother’s Day—delivery times may be extended to accommodate increased demand.

Please note that exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, as factors like traffic, weather, order volume, and delivery distance may affect arrival times.

Our Same-Day Guaranteed* Hand Delivery ensures delivery to businesses by 5:00 PM and residences by 9:00 PM, with an order cutoff time of 10:00 AM (EST) on the day of delivery.

If the gift total (before taxes) exceeds $150 per delivery location, this service is FREE within the GTA delivery zone mentioned above. Eligible customers will see this delivery option available during checkout on our website.

Next Day Guaranteed Hand Delivery Service

Our Next Day® Guaranteed* Hand Delivery ensures deliveries to businesses by 5:00 PM and residences by 9:00 PM EST, with an ordering deadline of 11:00 PM today.

If the gift total (before taxes) exceeds $150 per delivery location, this service is FREE within the GTA delivery zone specified above. Eligible customers will see this delivery option available during the checkout process on our website.

Weekend Deliveries

Exciting Update! We now deliver packages on Saturdays and Sundays in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)! Plus, we offer Free Same-Day Service on weekends. Simply place your order by 11:00 AM, and if the total is over $150 (before taxes) per package, we’ll deliver it to you the same day at no cost!

Where do you ship items containing alcohol?

Gifts that include alcohol can only be delivered to addresses within Ontario, Canada.

Who can place an order for items containing alcohol?

Orders containing alcohol can only be placed by individuals who are 19 years of age or older.

Do you deliver to other locations like Hospitals or Hotels?

Hospitals & Hotels (GTA)
Deliveries to hospitals and hotels are only recommended within the GTA. Please provide the recipient's full name, room number, and indicate whether they are a patient, guest, or employee.
